Appointment Policies 🤍

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take a moment to review the following policies:

• A $15 non-refundable deposit is required within 1 hour of booking to secure your appointment. This applies to all appointments.

• Reschedules must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
If rescheduling occurs within the 48-hour window, a new deposit will be required.
Each deposit allows one reschedule, and the new appointment must be booked within 30 days.

• Deposits are accepted via Zelle only.

• The remaining balance may be paid via Zelle, cash, or card.
Please note: card payments include a $5 processing fee.

• To maintain a calm and focused environment, no extra guests are allowed.

• Please avoid wearing strip lashes for at least 2 days prior to your appointment.

• No caffeine at least 2 hours before your appointment.

• Please remove contact lenses before arriving.

• Arrive with a clean face—no makeup, especially around the eyes.

• If you are feeling unwell (coughing, sneezing, cold symptoms), we kindly ask that you reschedule for everyone’s safety.

• A 10-minute grace period is provided. After 10 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

• No-shows will no longer be able to book future appointments.

Regular clients who no-show will be required to pay for the missed service before booking again.
